Procedure

1. Go to the Office of General Directorate of Taxes.
2. Bring the required documents.
3. Present the documents.

• Sworn statement (form AAP079), signed and certified
• Copy of National Identity Card or residence card
• Certificate of residence in case the housing address is different from the address stated in the National Identity Card
• Certified copy of tenancy agreement or the rent receipt or the commitment of the owner or the tenant
• Application for Certificate of non-deductibility for insurance supplementary pension contributions (form AAP079F)
