Monaco - Obtain Permission to Occupy Part of Highway

Procedure

To obtain a permission to occupy part of the highway, the applicant should contact the Department of Urban Amenities or the Marine and Airport Police Division in Monaco. The request should be made at-least 8 days before you need to occupy public highway.

For the zones that are listed below, you would have to contact the Marine and Police Force Division.

• The central jetty of the port.
• Le quai Louis II
• Le quai Lucciana
• Le quai des Hirondelles
• Le quai Rainier 1er grand amiral de France
