1. To apply for Prenatal allowance the applicant has to contact the State Medical Benefits Office (SPME).
2. You must ask the doctor who registered the pregnancy to complete the form, before the end of the third month of pregnancy.
3. Application forms can be downloaded from the following link Application Form or collect it from the State Medical Benefits Office.
