Procedure

Following listed are the steps that have to be followed for obtaining a certificate of accommodation to stay as tourist in Monaco.

1. If you are living outside the European Union and the would like to apply for a Certificate of Accommodation, the owner of the accommodation should present all the listed documents under Required Documents of the tourist to the Residence Department.
2. The application form to be used can be obtained from the following link : Application form
3. The request must be handed in at the Residents Section in the presence of the person providing the accommodation.
4. This person must sign the certificate in duplicate in the presence of the officer to whom you have given the documents, so that the signature can be officially certified.
5. After the documents have been verified by the authorities, the certificate of accommodation will be provided.

• The residence permit or ID of the person providing the accommodation
• A copy of your ID card
