Apply In Person

  1. To Apply for Land Survey, the applicant has to approach the nearby Taluk office or respective Municipal Corporation link
  2. The applicant has to visit the office with the request letter.
  3. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  5. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  6. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  7. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee to survey dry lands ranging from ₹ 30 to ₹ 1000. On the other hand, it ranges from ₹ 50 to ₹ 2000 for dry lands.
  9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  10. The concerned officer will pass the application to Revenue Department.
  11. The concerned Revenue officer conducts the demarcation process after fixing a date and serving a fixed notice concerning tenure holders.
  12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  13. For further process, the applicant has to follow the instruction given by the officer.
  14. Once the process gets completed successfully, the applicant will get approval for boundary pillars to be built within a week.
  15. This entire process can be completed within 1-2 months or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

  • Legitimate plot documents attested by a Gazetted officer
  • Notary document or affidavit that mentions you are the owner of the land
  • Property Deed
  • Original sale deed/ partition deed/ gift deed
  • Proposed division’s map in sketch
  • Photocopy of the present ROR
  • Plot the number, shape, and size of your property
  • Village’s revenue survey map photocopy
  • Zonal certificate issued by Urban Development Authority
  • Any other documents (If required)
