Instructions

• Class A - any kind of vehicles with a gross weight of 26,001 pounds or more; towing a vehicle with a GVWR of 10,001 pounds or more.
• Class B- any single vehicle with gross weight of 26,001 pounds or more.
• Class C- Any single vehicle with a gross weight of less than 26,001 pounds
• Vehicles that can transport 16 or more passengers
• Vehicles used to transport hazardous materials required to be placarded by the Hazardous Materials transportation act

• Date and place of birth
• Current residence address
• Resident of US

Need for the Document

Vehicles that carries too much weight needs not just any ordinary drivers license. Commercial Driver license or CDL , either class A,B,C must be duly specified in your issued drivers license to know if you are authorized to operate these kind of vehicles.
