NATIONAL POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE SSPC
- The national police clearance certificate issued by the SSPC should be requested in person, or if you are outside Mexico, by a first degree relative (parent, son/daughter, sibling or spouse) by presenting either an authorisation letter signed by the applicant and two witnesses (with copies of their IDs), or a power of attorney.
