Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Official Release of Vehicle in Storage, the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Communications and Transportation link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.

9. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
10. The storage facility will review your application and supporting documents to verify your ownership of the vehicle and ensure that all requirements are met.
11. If your application is approved, the storage facility will provide you with instructions on how to retrieve your vehicle.
12. They may require you to pay any outstanding fees, present identification, or sign additional paperwork before releasing the vehicle to you.
13. This entire process can be completed within 15 – 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
