Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Home Inspector License, the applicant has to approach the Municipal government link

11. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
12. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
13. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
14. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
15. Then the application will be processed further.
16. The applicant may also require you to pass a written examination or practical assessment to evaluate your knowledge and skills in home inspection. Prepare for the examination by studying relevant materials and familiarizing yourself with local building codes and regulations.
17. If your application is approved and you have met all the requirements, the licensing authority will issue a Home Inspector License.
18. This license will grant you the legal authority to conduct home inspections within the designated jurisdiction.

Eligibility
