- After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
- Then the application will be processed further.
- The applicant may also require you to pass a written examination or practical assessment to evaluate your knowledge and skills in home inspection. Prepare for the examination by studying relevant materials and familiarizing yourself with local building codes and regulations.
- If your application is approved and you have met all the requirements, the licensing authority will issue a Home Inspector License.
- This license will grant you the legal authority to conduct home inspections within the designated jurisdiction.
- This entire process can be completed within 2 – 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

EligibilityEdit
