Apply In Person

1. To Apply for Agricultural Certificate, the applicant has to approach the Secretaría de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural link
2. Look for reputable certification programs offered by recognized institutions, organizations, or government agencies in Mexico. Consider factors such as the program's credibility, recognition, and alignment with your goals.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)

6. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
7. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
8. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
9. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
10. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
11. Then the application will be processed further and all the updates on the application status will be notified through email or by SMS.
12. Depending on the type of agricultural certification, you may need to undergo assessments, audits, or on-site inspections to evaluate your compliance with the required standards. Prepare for these evaluations accordingly.
13. Once the process gets completed successfully, the applicant has to collect the certificate from the officer by visiting the office.
14. Upon successfully meeting the program requirements and passing any necessary assessments, you will be awarded the Agricultural Certificate. This certificate validates your qualification and compliance with the specific agricultural standards or practices associated with the certification.
