- Applicant can make an online payment of motor vehicle permit or license in Mauritius through the National Transport Authority e-payment portal link
- To make an online payment, applicant will need to first register on the portal.
- The applicant will need to provide they personal information such as name, address and contact details to register.
- Once registered, he/she will be able to log in and can click on the “Online Services” tab in the top navigation bar.
- Then applicant must select the type of permit or license the applicant wish to pay for.
- After the applicant must select “Online Payment for Motor Vehicle Permit or License” from the list of available services link.
- Then the applicant will need to enter the relevant details such as vehicle registration number, the amount to be paid, and the payment method.
- The applicant must select the payment method he/she would like to use (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.) and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
- After the applicant has made their payment, he/he will receive an email confirmation with a payment reference number.
- The applicant can use this reference number to track the status of the payment.
- Generally, it takes up to 4 business days to process an application.
