Apply In-Person:

  1. To Apply to Visit the Grounds of the State House in person, the applicant has to approach the Office of the Prime Minister or MINISTRY OF TOURISM or State House Administration Office.
  2. Applicant should obtain the application form from the authority.
  3. Applicant must provide information about trip, such as the dates of visit, the number of people in group and the purpose of visit.
  4. Applications must be submitted to the Office of the President in the State House.
  5. Submit any additional documentation that may be required. This may include proof of identification, such as a passport and other relevant documents can be found under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  6. Applicant should wait to hear back from the State House of Mauritius.
  7. Applicant will typically receive a response within five working days.
  8. Once your application has been approved, applicant will be issued with a permit that allows the applicant to access the grounds.
  9. Then make arrangements for the applicant visit if the applicant request is approved.
  10. The State House of Mauritius will provide the applicant with all the necessary information to plan their visit.
  11. There is no fee to visit the grounds of the State House in Mauritius.
