Procedure

Apply In Person

1. To apply for Statement of Examination Results, the applicant should make the application to the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate (MES). Please view the MES contacts through this link Contact details
2. Obtain the application form from the MES office at the front desk or download the form directly through this link application form
3. Read and complete the form correctly in block letters and then print the form.
4. Go to the MES office and pay the non-refundable application fee at the cashier's desk and obtain the payment receipt.
5. Then submit the complete application to the MES officer at the service desk.
6. The officer will verify the application and issue the acknowledgment receipt of the application.
7. The application will then be evaluated by the MES responsible official, if the application is complete as required, the results will be prepared.
8. The applicant will then be informed of the successful application and if the applicant had opted to receive the results slip through his/her registred post, the results will be sent through the post.
9. If the applicant opted to collect the statement in person or by an authorized person, the applicant should visit the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate (MES) office, with their identification document, authorization letter and collect the statement.

Apply online

1. To apply for the Statement of Examination Results online, the applicant should make the application through the Mauritius Examination Syndicate (MES) e-service portal by visiting the MES website: MES website
2. On the website, on the information bar, click on the “E-Service” button to go to the e-service page.
3. On the e-service page, click on the “Application for Statement of Results” hyperlink to be directed to the online application form.
4. Complete that application form correctly in block letters and attach all the required documents then click on the “Submit” button to send the application.
5. Upon submitting the application, the application will then be evaluated by the MES responsible official, if the application is complete as required, the results will be prepared.
6. The applicant will then be informed of the successful application and if you the applicant had opted to receive the results slip through your registred post, the results will be sent to you.
7. If you had opted to collect the statement in person or by an authorized person, you should visit the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate (MES) office, with your identification document, authorization letter and collect the statement.

• Completed application form.
• A photocopy of the candidate's birth certificate or
• A photocopy of the appropriate pages of the candidate's passport or
• A photocopy of the candidate's Identity Card
• In case the application is made or collected (statement) on behalf of the candidate the warder, should produce or upload, an authorization letter, birth certificate, and copy his/her NIC (ID card).
