Apply Online:

  1. Applicant can for Apply online for E-judiciary (Lodging of Cases by Law Practitioners for Commercial Division) from this Supreme Court of Mauritius website link
  2. Applicant should click on the “Login” button at the top right of the page link
  3. Applicant should enter username and password in the required fields.
  4. Then the applicant should click on the “Log in” button.
  5. If the applicant does not have an existing account, he/she can click the “Register” link to create the applicant own account.
  6. Once the applicant has created account, he/she can use their Username and Password to login to the E-judiciary website.
  7. Then the applicant will be redirected to the dashboard of the E-Judiciary website.
  8. Now the applicant can click the “Lodging of Cases by Law Practitioners for Commercial Division” link.
  9. Applicant should follow the instructions provided to submit his/her case.
  10. The applicant will be required to provide information about case, such as contact details, parties involved.
  11. The applicant needs to submit the required documents and the documents can be found under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  12. Once the applicant has provided all the details, he/she can submit the case for review.
  13. Once the applicant has submitted their case, he/she will receive an email confirming the applicant submission.
  14. An Administrative Officer from the Supreme Court of Mauritius will review the applicant's case.
  15. After the case has been reviewed, the applicant will receive an email confirming the acceptance or rejection of their case.
  16. If the applicant case has been accepted, he/she will receive a case number and the applicant will receive a confirmation email with the details of the case.
  17. The applicant can then access their case and follow up on the progress of the case through the E-judiciary portal.

  • Any lawyer registered with the Supreme Court of Mauritius who wishes to lodge a civil case with the Commercial Division is eligible to apply for E-judiciary services.
