Procedure

1. To apply for Cyber Caravan Service, you should make your application to the National Computer Board (NCB), operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Information Technology, Communication and Innovation. Please view the NCB contact details through this link Contact details.
2. Visit the NCB office to obtain the application letter or you can contact the NCB through their contact details to request the application form.
3. Complete the application form accordingly and attach any required documents to the completed application form.
4. Submit the application to the NCB office or you can send the application to the NCB electronically through their email address: [email protected] or Fax: 212 4240. Alternatively, you can send your application to the NCB via a registered post. The post should be sent to this NCB postal address:

5. Upon receipt of your application, the NCB will verify the application and register you for the service offered by the Cyber Caravan.
6. The NCB will then contact you through your contact details and inform you of your successful registration and on how you can access the services.
