Mauritius - Application for Statement of Ranking (Top 500 Scholarship Rank Order)

Apply Online
- To apply for the Statement of Ranking (Top 500 Scholarship Rank Order), you should make your application online on the Mauritius Examinations Syndicate (MES) Website at MES E-Service
- On the E-service page, click on the “Application for Statement of Ranking - Top 500 Scholarship Rank Order” hyperlink to open the online application form.
- Read the provided instructions on how to fill the application and then complete the form correctly in block capital letters. Note that all the relevant fields should be completed accordingly.
- Attach a copy of your Birth Certificate/ID Card/Passport as instructed on the form and once you have completed filling the application form, click on the “Submit” button to send your application.
- You will then receive a notification with your application details including the reference number of your application.
- Then proceed and pay the statement ranking fee at the State Bank of Mauritius and obtain the payment receipt. Note that the application reference number should be inserted in the remarks section of the Banking payment for reconciliation purposes.
- Upon payment, the MES will process your application and prepare the statement of ranking.
- You will then be informed that the statement is ready for collection, if you had opted to collect the statement in-person at the MES, visit the office and collect the statement at the service desk. Note that if you send a representative to collect the statement on your behalf, the representative must produce a letter of authorization for collecting the statement.
- If you had requested the MES to send the statement to you via your postal address while making your application, the MES will send the statement to the your postal address.
- Note: If the application is made on behalf of a close relative e.g., cousin, niece, etc. a letter of authorization should be uploaded.

- A photocopy of the candidate's Identity Card (NIC)
- A letter of authorization and copy of your NIC (ID card) [in case an application is made on behalf of a candidate]
