7. The applicant will also need to attach a copy of the final grade report issued by Assiniboine Community College.
8. Submit the application form by mailing it to the address mentioned under the “Office Locations and Contacts” section of this page.
9. The application form will be forwarded to the relevant authorities.
10. The application form will be processed within a few weeks front the submission of the application.
11. The applicant has to contact the office for more instructions about submitting process. once the process gets completed, the officer will intimate about further details by phone.

Eligibility
