2. Application should be obtained from concerned office or application could be in white paper and addressed to Revenue officer
3. Make sure you have all required document and eligible to get this certificate
4. Complete the application along with required document and appropriate fees
5. Submit the application to the concerned authority where they start the processing
6. After successful verification authority will issue the certificate
