Procedure

Apply Online

1. Here's how you can renew your business permit in the City of Manila. First you will need to download the Business Permit Renewal Form and fill-up all the necessary information on it. Note: A link is provided under 'Documents to Use' Section which you can use to view and download the form.
2. Email the completed form and other required documents like, DTI, SEC, and Barangay clearance to this email address - [email protected]. Your application will be received by the Bureau of Permits of the Manila City Hall.
3. Your application will be reviewed by the Bureau. For incomplete submissions, the Bureau will email you for clarifications.
4. Once your application is approved, the City of Treasurer’s Office will send th eBusiness Identification Number (BIN) via email from this address [email protected].
5. Now that you have your BIN you will need to continue your application online through the GO MANILA MOBILE APP (LINK) or the GO MANILA WEBSITE (LINK). The application process is the same in both cases. First time users/applicants will be asked to create an account before they can apply for any transaction.
6. Once registered, login to your account.
7. Go to the Business Permit and Licensing System and complete the necessary information.
8. Under the "Transaction Menu", click "Business Tax (BTAX)"
9. Fill-in the BIN and other info needed and then click submit.
10. Check the initial amount due and choose your payment period: annual, semi-annual, or quarterly.
11. Click the Pay Now button to find the General reference number and QR code, both will expire within 24 hours.
12. Settle the pending payment through either of these options:
    Option 1 Pay at any Bayad Center outlets and partners.
    Option 2 Proceed payment on the app by using your credit or debit card.
13. Take a photo or screenshot of the acknowledgement receipt once payment has been settled and upload it as proof of payment.
14. If you are picking up your certificate, go to the Business Permits Office at the Manila City Hall. Present acknowledgement receipt to receive your certificate. If you opted to have your certificate mailed to you instead, expect your document to be delivered to your registered mailing address.
