Procedure

This procedure explains various ways to Apply for Annual Report (Alien Registration) in Manila.

1. Go to a Bureau of Immigration office.
2. Present original ACR I-Card or paper-based ACR, passport visa page of latest arrival and official receipts of previous Annual Report payment.
3. Get the Order of Payment Slip.
4. Pay the required immigration fees.
5. Get the Official Receipt.

• Application Form for All Types of Visa
• Notarized and accomplished application form (BI Form 2014-08-002A Rev 1 for all types of visa except EO 324/RA 7919 or BI Form 2014-08-002B Rev 1 for EO 324/RA 7919 grantees)
• oroginal ACR I-Card or paper-based ACR
• one piece of 1x2 photograph of the applicant with white background and must be taken within the last thirty days from the date of application

Eligibility

All registered aliens and ACR I-Card holders except Temporary Visitors Visa holders or Tourist Visa holders.

Fees

• Annual Report (AR) Fee: 300.00
• Legal Research Fee (LRF) for each immigration fee except Head Tax and Fines: 10.00
• TOTAL 310.00
