Procedure

1. Fill in a multi request or multi purpose form.
2. Submit the form together with a copy of the identity card and the original driving license.
3. The new license with the altered details is issued against a fee of 6.00 while the new tag is issued against a fee of 12.00. or tag, as the case may be.

A holder of a driver's license.

Fees

• replacement of driver's license: 6.00
• replacement of driver's tag: 12.00

Validity

Explain the time until which the certificate/document is valid.

Need for the Document

Replacement driving licenses or duplicate tags shall be issued whenever there is a change in the data contained in the photo card driving license or driver tag such as change of surname and signature, change of address and change of identity card number.
