Procedure

1. Obtain the Application Form C from the Passport Office.
2. The head of the group must fill in and complete the application form.
3. The head of the group must also submit two photographs of size 40mm x 30mm for each boy or girl. One of the photograph of each boy or girl must be signed by a recommender (sponsor).
4. A form of parental consent must also be submitted signed by the same recommender. These consents must be signed by the parents in the presence of the same recommender.
5. Submit the application form to the Ministry of Home Affairs and National Security (MHAS).
6. Pay the passport application fee.
7. These passports can be collected after a week.
