Apply In-Person

  1. Applicant should visit the public hospital or a government certified private institute (Polyclinique Pasteur in Bamako) or the French medical practice office near you and express your interest at the customer service desk.
  2. Please note: that some medical center/hospital will require you to schedule an appointment with them first.
  3. The receptionist will then open a patient file on your behalf and issue you a payment receipt, upon which you will be required to make payment against the receipt at the cash counter.
  4. You will be ushered to the doctor’s office who will then administer the vaccine to you, the doctor will then fill out the certificate, Sign and stamp it and issue it to you immediately.
