Apply In-Person
- The applicant should present him/herself and the vehicle to the Regional Transport Directorate or the transport subdivision at the Cercle level, the transport card section and express your interest at the service desk.
- Collect the application form or click this link to download Link (Application form)
- Fill the form accurately, attach the supporting documents (listed below) and submit them to be verified by the branch agent.
- If the agent is satisfied that the file is in order forward it to the cash counter, you will then be advised to make payment of the required fees, upon which you will be issued with an acknowledgment receipt.
- Upon making payment the file is returned to the transport card section for registration and numbering.
- The transport card section will then attach a blank card on the file and send it to the General Secretariat to be minted (stamped).
- The file is then returned to the transport card section, which is then transmitted to the division for control and verification.
- If the file is compliant, the Head of Division initials it and submits it for signature to the Regional Director or his delegate. The file is finally returned to the transport card section for issuing.
- The applicant or representative should then re-visit the office (transport card section) where you had file the application with your identity card and acknowledgment receipt and present them to the agent to be verified, who will then issue you with the national transport card.

- Receipt of the vignette (TTR) for the current year
