Procedure

1. Submit the necessary documents to the Reception of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. If the document did not meet the criteria, you will be informed to provide, as per the criteria.
3. After checking if the document meets all the criteria to attest a document, the Ministry will inform (via phone) the date and time to collect the attested document.

Required Documents

• Letter requesting to attest the document (the reason to attest and importance of attesting should be stated in the letter)
• The document to be attested, with the stamp and signature of the relevant government authority.
• If the attested documents are collected by someone else on behalf of the requesting citizen, a letter signed by the requesting citizen should be submitted along with the ID card of the person who is collecting the documents.

Eligibility

• A document can be attested if it is required to be attested for a particular purpose.
• All original certificates (educational/marriage) submitted for attestations should be photocopied and stamped by that relevant government authority.
