Procedure

1. Submit the filled application form with the necessary documents and forms to the reception of Centre for the Holy Quran.
2. Centre will inform (via phone) the date and time to attend for an examination.
3. Go to the Centre on the date and time informed and participate in the 'Haafiz' examination.
4. You will be informed the date and time to collect the Hafiz Certificate from the Centre of the Holy Quran on the last day of your examination.
5. Go to the Centre on the date and time informed and collect the result and the Hafiz Certificate.

Required Documents

• Filled haafiz kamuge imthihaanugai baiverivaa faraai thakuge mauloomaathu form.
• A written request letter to sit for the examination.
• Passport size photo (3).
• Birth certificate or National Identity Card (copy).
