Procedure

1. Take a token number and when your number is displayed, submit the filled application form with the necessary documents and forms to the service counter.
2. Make the payment and obtain the payment receipt. (The date and time to take test will be included in the payment receipt)
3. Go to Transport Authority on the day specified on payment receipt and submit the payment receipt along with the national Identity Card to the service counter.
4. When instructed by the office staff, go to the examination area (specified for that particular candidate) and do the test.

• Passport Size 1 Photo (Taken no later than 3 (three) months)
