Procedure

Apply In-Person

1. Visit the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment Affairs office to book an appointment with the Director
2. Approach the reception and fill the visitors form indicating your purpose of visiting the office
3. Make your way to the Environmental affairs department and meet the director who will direct you to the responsible officer
4. The assigned officer will provide you with the necessary application form and a list of the required documents to provide
5. Fill the form provided by the officer and attach all the required documents to it as advised
6. Pay the prescribed application fee and attach the receipt
7. Submit the complete application to the officer who will validate it and forward it for approval
8. You will be informed of the decision made by the committee i.e. if your application is approved
9. Visit the of Environmental affairs department to collect the permit

Note: The application should state the intended operation and measures to be implemented.
