The Agriculture Department, the Government of Maharashtra provides online facility to user to apply for Registration of Micro-Irrigation System (Drip/Sprinkler) Manufacturer. User can read the instructions and fill the form. Online service is provided by the government to save time of the user. The portal is available in two languages English and Marathi, user can select any of the preferred language.

Apply Online through aaplesarkar :

  1. To Registration of Micro-Irrigation System (Drip Sprinkler) Manufacturer, the applicant can make the application via Aaplesarkar Portal by using the following link link
  2. The applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click “Login Now. If the applicant doesn’t have an account the applicant can click on “Register Now” and register an account.
  3. Then the applicant has to click the “Department of agriculture licensing services” menu and select “Registration of Micro-Irrigation System (Drip Sprinkler) Manufacturer” and read the instruction and click “Apply”.
  4. Next Select Registration – Form, fill out the online form, and submit.
  5. The applicant will get the application Id and the application screen will be closed.
  6. Open the application submitting application id and see the status of the application and the instruction given on the right side of the screen.
  7. If Status is uploaded document, then click upload the documents on right side instructions.
  8. By Clicking on the documents which want to upload browse will appear and upload all the required documents with the above same procedure.
  9. Then Click upload document at the bottom and see the status again which will show for payment.
  10. Click on pay the fees on the right-side button and choose the option of payment and make payment.
  11. Check the status it will show "under scrutiny" which means your application is on the desk for scrutiny check the status regularly, either it is "approved” or "rejected”
  12. If rejected check your mail and follow the instruction given in the mail and read the instructions.
  13. If you see the status "completed” and the "Download certificate” on the right side of your screen Then you can download the Registration certificate or check the mail for permit.



Apply In-Person

  1. To Registration of Micro-Irrigation System (Drip Sprinkler) Manufacturer the applicant has to approach the agriculture department link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer. Or the applicant can download the application form from the following link link
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. #If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference, it contains the application summary and contact details of the person to be contacted.
  10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.

Micro irrigation system is a scientific method of irrigation carrying desired water and nutrients direct to the root zone of the plant, drop by drop.
Advantages of Micro Irrigation Systems : More crop for every drop, early maturity, better quality & higher yield. Ideal for terrain with problematic soils & water. Saves labor cost. Yield increase up to 230%. Saves water up to 70%.
The Government of India has been implementing Centrally Sponsored Scheme on Micro Irrigation with the objective to enhance water use efficiency in the agriculture sector by promoting appropriate technological interventions like drip & sprinkler irrigation technologies and encourage the farmers to use water saving and conservation technologies.  The Scheme was launched by the Department of Agriculture & Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture in January, 2006 as Centrally Sponsored Scheme on Micro Irrigation (CSS). The online registration/renewal of registration of manufacturers is mandatory for providing MI System to farmer under various govt. schemes.

  1. Online registration of micro irrigation system manufacturers will be done for a period of five years for new manufacturers. The registration will be open round the year and a company can apply at any time. Only those manufacturing companies, which have all the facilities to ensure supply of quality product as per BIS standards and can provide prompt after sales services will be registered. Each registered company must do renewal of registration with valid BIS every year within period of registration.
  2. Incomplete online application form will not be accepted for online registration/ renewal of registration.

Q.What are the directives for benefits under e-Thibak? 
A. The financial assistance to the farmer is limited to 50% of the total cost of installing the MI system (Drip or Sprinkler )and the remaining 50% will be borne by the farmer. Out of the governmental assistance, 80% share (40% of the unit cost) will be met by the Government of India and the balance 20% (10% of the unit cost) will be met by the State Government through the IA. Assistance to farmers is limited for covering a maximum area of five hectare per beneficiary family.
