Maharashtra - Online Apply to get Tenant Verification
- Step 1:First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link: Required Documents to get Tenant Verification.
- Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.
- Step 3:In the given window, click on “Online Services” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.
- Step 4:In the new webpage, click on “Create New Login” which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.
- Step 5:The page will refresh and display a form to fill your details and click on “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image to create a citizen Login account.
- Step 6:Once you create your account, login and click on Citizen Services.
- Step 7:Now select “Tenant/PG Information Request” and from there select “Add Tenant/PG Information Detail” .
- Step 8:Fill the Details of Property Owner and Property Details.
- Step 9:Fill the details of the Tenant and Upload the required documents.
- Step 10:Provide details of Persons knowing the Tenant.
- Step 11:Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
- Step 12:Enter the Captcha details and click on submit.
- Step 13:The Police would ask the Tenant or Property Owner to visit the Police Station if any verification is necessary.
- Step 14:The Police would keep a record of the Tenant’s information and would inform the landlord if the Tenant is a criminal or a troublemaker.
