This permit is a Temporary permit meant for serving liquor by an individual to his guests on the occasion of family functions or festivals (except national and religious festivals) being organised in a Hotel, Community centre or any other place (booked / used for holding a function) where in liquor serving permit is not availed for the premises. This permit will be granted for a day or two if essential.
Applicant has to apply with concerned district level excise authorities for this certificate.

Go to the license issuing authority of your area to do the preliminary round of discussion about the area you wanted to obtain the license. If the area proposed is accepted and the details (any updated changes in government policy) are clarified, please arrange all the requirements.
An application form for liquor possession permit for serving on special occasion can be obtained from respective office on your visit or can be a written one.
Applicant shall apply to the issuing authority with completed application form along with required document and fees.
Once the application is received, authorities will verify the details and provide applicant with receipt. Keep it safe for future transaction. Authorities will inform about the successive steps.
Inspection of place, if required will be done through police department. If there is review in fees amount, applicant has to pay accordingly.
After all the formalities are successful, applicant will be informed to collect the permit. Collect the permit from the authorities.
If required Collector with previous sanction of Excise Commissioner will sanction the permit.

Note: Grant or rejection of permission is sole discretion of authorities.

In the given page please register by completing the page prompt and hit “Register” tab.
Once registered use the login menu option to get login page.
In the login page, use the credentials and hit “Login” to reach next page.
Once login, please select “Temporary One Day Function Licence (F.L.IV.A)” option under “Citizen Services” for processing. Now user will get page to process data for applying online.
Please complete the page for Applicant details, Upload documents and pay fees and hit the right tab to complete online application for the permit.
Applicant has to save the acknowledgement for future reference.
This application will be processed further to issue the permit as per applicable norms.

Apply Online (Through Aaplesarkar Portal)

To Obtain Liquor Possession Permit for serving in Special occassions, the applicant can make the application via Aaplesarkar Portal by using the following link link
The applicant has to enter the user ID and password and click “Login Now. If the applicant doesn’t have an account the applicant can click on “Register Now” and register an account.
Then the applicant has to click the “State Excise Department” menu and select “Obtain Liquor Possession Permit for serving in Special occassions” and read the instruction and click “Apply”.
Next Select Registration – Form, fill out the online form, and submit.
The applicant will get the application Id and the application screen will be closed.
Open the application submitting application id and see the status of the application and the instruction given on the right side of the screen.
If Status is uploaded document, then click upload the documents on right side instructions.
By Clicking on the documents which want to upload browse will appear and upload all the required documents with the above same procedure.
Then Click upload document at the bottom and see the status again which will show for payment.
Click on pay the fees on the right-side button and choose the option of payment and make payment.
Check the status it will show "under scrutiny" which means your application is on the desk for scrutiny check the status regularly, either it is "approved” or "rejected”

Conditions

The authority holder shall be bound by the state Liquor (Licence and permit) Rules and amendments from time to time in so far as they relate to him.
Supply of liquor shall be obtained by the authority holder from a wholesale depot licensee in this state. The transport of the consignment of liquor from the supplying licensee to the premises of the authority holder shall be under cover of a transport permit in Form F.T.P.1 issued by the Assistant Commissioner.
The quantity of liquor possessed under the authority shall not exceed ……..litres at any one time and the quantity used in a month shall not exceed ………….litres.
liquor possessed under this authority may be used by the holder for consumption propose and for no other purpose.
The authority holder shall maintain accounts in Form F.Ac.11. All bills of purchase of brandy together with transport permit shall be preserved in support of the accounts and produced for inspection on demand by any officer competent to inspect the authority.
