Apply In-Person

  1. A police complaint should be lodged in the area where Diploma Marksheet was lost/stolen.
  2. An announcement in local dailies stating the loss of Diploma Certificates.
  3. Application should be made only by the Candidate in the prescribed format through the institution in which the candidate is studying / studied.
  4. Please go to the institution in which candidate is studying/studies. Please obtain the application form from the office as advised by the institution or write on a plain A4 sheet.

  6. Submit originals along with Xerox of all documents as mentioned in the required documents section of this page.
  7. Application duly signed by candidate and Principal will be sent to the concerned state board of technical education.
  8. Signed Xerox copy will be returned to applicant for further reference.
  9. This application will be processed further by the department internally.
  10. After verification and scrutiny the report will be presented before the respective authority for sanction.
  11. If approved, hard copy of the certificate is dispatched or delivered as per applicable norms.



Apply through Mobile APP:

  1. To apply via app, the applicant shall download the app from the given link: Link
  2. Select the preferred language
  3. A list of options will be provided from which the applicant must choose the concerned department
  4. Now a list of services will be displayed from which the applicant must select the required service
  5. The applicant must also provide the nature of service verification and click on “Apply” to proceed to verification
  6. Once verified, the applicant will be informed about the further process.



Apply Online through aaplesarkar :

  1. To apply online, the applicant shall follow the given aaple sarkar link: Link and click on the "New User? Register Here" tab.
  2. From the given options, select any one mode to create User ID and Password.
  3. Now verify UID or Create your own user profile using OTP verification on your mobile.
  4. A new page will open up where the applicant has to fill up all the personal detail(Name, D.O.B, Age, Gender, etc) in the portal.
  5. Now enter the address as per the document.
  6. After that provide mobile number and OTP, PAN No., UID No., and confirm password.
  7. Now upload a photograph between 5kB to 20kB in JPEG format.
  8. Now choose from the drop now menu any one of the Proof of Identity.
  9. Finally provide a Proof of Address by clicking from the menu on screen.
  10. Click on the declaration box and then click the "Register" tab.
  11. After login, click Link and then click on “Apply”.
  12. The applicant will get an application displayed.
  13. Fill up the application form correctly and pay the requisite fee.
  14. On completion, the applicant will be notified.
  15. You can check the status of the application in the portal by signing in with User ID and password.

  1. Application form
  2. Attested photocopies of Marksheets of all semesters /years (including all attempts), duly attested by the Principal / Head of institution
  3. Notification forwarded by the Principal/head of the concerned Institute.
  4. Affidavit from notary on the prescribed stamp paper (Usually on 20 rupee stamp paper)
  5. Original fee paidchallan
  6. Self-attested Photocopy of Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID Card
  7. FIR copy (For the loss or theft of certificate)
  8. Document remains in case of damage of document (FIR is not required)
  9. Copy of Announcement in local dailies

EligibilityEdit

  • Students who have lost their Original Diploma Certificate are eligible for applying for duplicate Diploma Certificate.
  • Applicant shall get further updates from the respective institution in which the candidate is studying / studied.

FeesEdit

  • Please pay as authority quote as per any updated fees requirements.
  • Applying within 5 years of announcement of results - Rs.200
  • Applying after 5 years and within 10 years of announcement of results - Rs.400
  • Applying after 10 years of announcement of results - Rs.800 + Rs.100 for each year
  • Service Charge (Free for Online Submission) : Rs 30

InstructionsEdit

  • Applicant should attach fees paid challan along with application.
  • Immediately on loss of original mark sheet the candidate must lodge a complaint at the nearest Police Station.
  • Don’t forget to mention the challan Number on the application

  3. Institute where the applicant last studied
  4. Serial number of the original mark list
  5. Complete address of the applicant
  6. Examination Roll No., Registration No.
  7. Month and year of examination.


Need for the DocumentEdit

  • The diploma mark sheet is obtained by a student on successful completion of an examination at the end of study of the Diploma course.
  • This mark sheet is essential to apply for higher studies. So, a duplicate mark sheet needs to be obtained if lost or damaged.
