Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To Change or Update the Address in your LPG (Gas) Connection, the applicant has to approach the nearby gas distributor office in their area.

   Note: The applicant has to select Indane Distributor LPG and enter their Pin Code

   • Bharat Distributor link

   Note: The applicant has to Select State and District from the dropdown menu to find the distributor.

2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer. (If Applicable)
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. The authority may seek additional information from an applicant if this is necessary to assess the application. The authority does not need to deal further with an application until the applicant has provided this additional information.
10. Then the authority will initiate the address change process.
11. The applicant will receive an SMS notifying that the Change or Update Address is successful.
12. This entire process can be completed within 7 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

Apply Online (For Online Indane LPG)

1. To Change or Update the Address in your LPG (Gas) Connection, the applicant has to make the application online via the following link
2. The applicant has to click register and enter username and password to login. If the applicant is a new user click “Register now” and register their account.
3. After Login, the applicant has to click the “LPG” menu. It will direct to the applicant dashboard.
4. The applicant has to click the “Edit” option in their profile and click “Change” on the address menu.
5. Then the applicant has to enter the address correctly then upload the required document that is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
6. Review the applicant and click “Submit”
7. A confirmation message will be displayed on the screen regarding the successful address change with a service-requested number.
8. The fee for this procedure is free of cost.
9. This entire process can be completed within 7 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
