Madhya Pradesh - Online Obtain Hazardous Waste License or Permit
- Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for obtaining hazardous waste license or permit
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.
- Step 3 : Click the “APPLICANT LOGIN” button for industry registration . Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.
- Step 4 : Now click on “To Create New ID /Password” option, you get new page containing registration form. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.
- Step 5 : Complete the registration form with valid details and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 6 : Enter the login credentials and click “Submit” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 7 : Now click the option which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 8 : Now select the type of activity from the dropdown menu and click “Save & Continue” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 9 : Complete the registration form with proper information and click “Save & Continue” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 10 : Choose the CTO type as “CCA-Fresh” which is highlighted in RED. Then select the authorization as applicable and click “GO” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 11 : Now click on “Click here” hyperlink against the applicable authorization type, documents and payment to complete the application process. Enter all the details and click the checkbox highlighted in RED. Then click “Certify” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.

- Step 12 : Then click “Submit Application” tab which is highlighted in RED in the below image.
- Step 13 : After successful submission and acceptance of the application, it will be taken to the query and scrutiny at Regional office. Now, the use should to proceed to make the fee payment and pay the prescribed fees.
- Step 14 : To Pay fees for your application (if prescribed), click on “Click” corresponding to ‘Payments’ in homepage. After the payment, the authorities will start processing the authorization order.
- Step 15 : The applicants can download the authorization order from their respective logins as well as from the Board’s website. From "DOWNLOADS" applicant can download Consent Order, Legal Order or Letters provided by MPPCB. (These download will only appear once particular file is uploaded).
