Procedure

Apply in-Person:

1. Approach the Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd. Or Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Ltd. and collect the Application form or download it form the link: Link
2. Refer to the “Office Locations & Contacts” section in this procedure to see the respective address and contact details.
3. Fill in the form and submit it at the respective office along with the required documents.
4. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page.
5. The applicant will be contacted by respective officer /Call Centre Representative on email/mobile provided by you for verification.
6. Once verification and payment procedure is successful, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.
   
   

Apply Online:

1. To apply online for a temporary electricity supply navigate to the link: Link
2. Click on “Apply Online” under New Electricity Connection.
3. Click on “Register and Apply”. Fill in all the valid credentials and register.
4. Click on “New Connection” and an application form will appear.
5. Carefully fill all the prompted details and information. Refer to the “Required Information” section on this procedure.
6. Please make sure you have all the scanned documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page to upload them for online application.
7. The applicant will be contacted by the respective Representative on email/mobile provided by you for verification.
8. Once verification is successful, and required fees are paid, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.

Processing Time

The date of availing the temporary supply may be got amended by the consumer, by applying to the authority who has issued the orders before the commencement date indicated in the order. However, any alternate date proposed shall commence within 15 days of the date of the first order.
