Apply In-Person

  1. To apply for duplicate Learner Driver License in Madhya Pradesh the applicant has to approach the RTO office to which your area belongs to.
  2. Please follow our “Office Locations & Contacts” section of this page to get details of the RTO offices. Link for RTO contacts: Link for contact
  3. Application form can be downloaded using the following link: MPMVR4
  4. Application forms can be obtained from the appropriate RTO offices that should be completed and presented with appropriate document and fees.
  5. Also make sure you have all the necessary documents to process the application
  6. Present the completed application forms in the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.

Apply through state portal - Madhya Pradesh Apply for Duplicate Learner Driver License online with Images

  1. In order to apply online, please follow the link Online State Portal link
  2. Select “License application and appointment system” option in the drop down menu under “Online services”.
  3. In the next window, please select the Duplicate/Lost under L L- Learner License section to get the next page
  4. Here enter the prompted details and hit “apply” to go to the next screen
  5. Please Enter / select prompted details and complete the page by selecting appropriate option.
  6. Also one can pay the fees through the page
  7. Upon completion, an application slip will be generated. Take the printout and go to RTO office on appointment day to complete the procedure.
  8. At the RTO office, Present the print out of application forms in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.
  9. From this point the process of apply in person will be carried out to grant the license

ValidityEdit


  • A person who has obtained Learner’s License (LLR) may apply for Driving License after 30 days and before six months from the date of issue of Learner’s License,
  • During this period of time one can apply for duplicate LLR

Need for the DocumentEdit


  1. A driving license is an official document that states that a person may operate one or more types of motorized vehicles, such as a motorcycle, car, truck, or a bus, on a public roadway.
  2. Under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act,1988 in India, no person can drive a motor vehicle in any public place unless he holds a valid Driving License issued to him, authorizing him to drive a vehicle of that particular category.
  3. Driving without Driving license is an offense. Incumbent has to pay penalty
  4. LLR is required to apply for the permanent driving license. One need to apply for duplicate LLR if he / she lost one
