Macau - Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate

Apply In-Person:
- To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach Division of Conservation of Nature. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
- You have to submit an Application form to theDivision of Conservation of Nature.
- Application form can be found on the following link: Link
- Scroll down and select “application form” listed under “How to Process”.
- Download the application form and fill up your details.
- Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the Required Document” section of this page.
- The applicant shall present the duly filled application form and documents at the Division of Conservation of Nature. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
- After the application is approved, the relevant shipment must be sent to the Department of Green Areas and Gardens in Seac Pai Van Park for inspection.
- Applicant has to pay the fee as prescribed by the Inspector.
- Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
