ProcedureEdit

Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach Division of Conservation of Nature. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
  2. You have to submit an Application form to theDivision of Conservation of Nature.
  3. Application form can be found on the following link: Link
  4. Scroll down and select “application form” listed under “How to Process”.
  5. Download the application form and fill up your details.
  6. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the Required Document” section of this page.
  7. The applicant shall present the duly filled application form and documents at the Division of Conservation of Nature. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
  8. After the application is approved, the relevant shipment must be sent to the Department of Green Areas and Gardens in Seac Pai Van Park for inspection.
  9. Applicant has to pay the fee as prescribed by the Inspector.
  10. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

ValidityEdit

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
