Procedure

1. If a driver license is lost or stolen it should be reported to the Regitra. This can be done through the Web Portal
2. When requesting for a new card you would be requested to bring your identification with you. List of identity documents that are valid are listed under the Required Documents section.

List of valid identification document:

• ID card,
• Passport
• Lithuanian Republic passport,
• Temporary license issued lost identity card, passport or a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania,
• A foreign passport, the corresponding travel document or other foreign state-issued personal identification document;
• Lithuanian Republic long-term residence permit to live in the European Community;
• A temporary residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania.
