Procedure

Customer’s subscribers with the Water and sewage Company (WASCO), upon receiving monthly Water and sewage bill for service rendered by the company are required to pay for their Water and sewage bill in time through the following methods of payment.

How to Apply

Apply In-Person
Cash Payment

• Subscribers of Water and sewage Company (WASCO), can make cash payments at private vending station authorized pay points, which are located countrywide or at any WASCO Regional Offices branch offices near you at the paying counters clearly marked CASHIER.

Cheque Payments

• Cheques may be deposited Regional and District Offices branch offices or at specific business premises appointed by the WASCO to serve as drop-off points.

Bank Payments
You can also pay for your water and sewage bill at the Standard Lesotho Bank A/C 9080000042222 and Reference is 7 digits WASCO account number.

Using Mobile app

1. Vodacom M-Pesa
2. Dial *111# to access My phone menu, then select option 4 from the drop list “M-Pesa”
3. You will then be redirected to the next page select “M-Pesa services”
4. Then select “payments” and enter the value amount to pay (NO COMMAS) e.g. 2000
5. Enter your personal PIN Number.
6. Then select WASCO and enter Your WASCO account number
7. Then send the request, you will receive an SMS confirming the transaction.
8. Econet Ecocash
9. Dial *199# and enter your PIN to access your Ecocash menu.
10. You will then be redirected to the next page select option 8 ”Pay bill”
11. Then select WASCO and enter Your WASCO account number
12. Enter the value amount to pay (NO COMMAS) e.g. 2000
13. Then send the request, you will receive an SMS confirming the transaction.
