Procedure

Online

1. To apply for the Category A or B license or permit electronically, please use the following link and login to the tuplis system where you will be able to apply for the license or permit: Tulip System
2. After 20 days of application submission the SES Regional Environment Board would send an written opinion.
   

Note : When sending an application electronically the application should have an electronic signature associated with it else the document will be considered as a information rather than an application.

In-Person

Note : If the applicant is not the owner or the authority of the related request, there should be a notary document authorizing to do the activity by the applicant from the owner.
