Procedure

1. To obtain a duplicate centralized examination certificate the applicant has to contact the State Educational Center (SECC).
2. Following link provides application forms that can be used : Application Forms
3. The applicant has to complete the application form and submit it in-person, by post or by fax.
4. After evaluating the application form the applicant will be provided with a duplicate examination certificate.

Eligibility

• If your centralized educational certificate is lost, stolen or damaged.
• Has successfully completed the centralized educational exam.

Fees

The fee is EUR 3.56 for each duplicate of the certificate if the mail - EUR 4.98 (for each duplicate of the certificate).
