Procedure

1. The application for certificate regarding ownership of property can be obtained by applying through post, in-person or electronically.

3. When applied electronically (through e-mail) the applicant has to attached all the required documents and an electronic signature with the application.
4. When applied in-person the person should carry an identification document such as Passport or identity card (ID card), but plenipotentiary person - including the power of attorney.
5. After the application is submitted the application will be verified for its authenticity and validated appropriately.
6. After validation and evaluation the certificate regarding ownership of property will be provided.

• Privatization commission decision on a residential house apartment, artist's workshop or non-residential premises into ownership until the privatization of the residential house (original).
• The pay slip showing pay for your apartment, privatization certificates laid down in (original).
• The payment receipt showing payment for the preparation of the residential house privatization (original).
• Passport or identity card (ID card), but plenipotentiary person - including the power of attorney.
