Procedure

1. To obtain a Product Certificate for Medicinal Products the applicant has to contact the State Agency of Medicines.
2. The applications can be made in-person or by post.
3. A completed application form along with the registered medicinal product should be submitted to the authorities to be examined.

• If the applicant for a certificate is not a manufacturer of medicinal products, pharmaceutical form shall be indicated the firm name and address of manufacturer

• Substance name (by using the international non-proprietary name (INN) or national non-proprietary name and the quantity per dose.
• Product registration certificate number
• Date of issue
• Product registration certificate holder (owner) name and address
• Product registration certificate holder (owner) status
