1. To obtain a license or permit or an approval to a mining project in Latvia, the applicant has to contact the relevant State Environmental Service Regional Environmental Board.

Note : If the applicant is not the owner or the authority of the related request, there should be a notary document authorizing to do the activity by the applicant from the owner.
