Procedure

1. To obtain a duplicate state language proficiency certificate the applicant has to contact the State Educational Center (SECC).
2. Following link provides application forms that can be used : Application Forms
3. The applicant has to complete the application form and submit it in-person, by post or by fax.
4. After evaluating the application form the applicant will be provided with a duplicate examination certificate.

If the certificate of the person will be personally SECC, the fee is EUR 3.56 if the mail - EUR 4.98.
