Procedure

1. To apply for funding related to projects related to Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing the applicant has to contact their one of their Customer Service Center or Lada Electronic System EPS
2. Before applying for funding the applicant should register themselves with LADA website. The respective person should submit their Personal identification document along with completed electronic form and Secure Electronic Signature to [email protected].
3. The application form for project can be obtained electronically or from one of the customer service centers.
4. The application should be submitted along with the appropriate documents in one of the LADA Customer Service Centers or can be done electronically through the following e-mail ID [email protected].
5. After the documents have been submitted the decision panel will assign a ranking to the project.
6. Depending upon the decision of the panel and the funding of the project will be decided in 3 months time.
7. If the project is accepted the LADA panel will provide a letter in writing about the acceptance of the project.
8. After the project is accepted for funding the owner of the project should start the work of the proecjt which will be monitored by the LADA panel.
