Procedure

1. Prepare all documents you will need to present or submit to apply for a telephone connection.
2. Go to the nearest Central you refer to and submit the required documents.
3. Pay all applicable fees.

• Copy of the applicant's civil ID
• Copy of the clearance certificate
• Copy of the lease contract for the apartments and commercial shops, and the civil number, for the commercial shop

• Stamp Fee for Installation in Houses and Apartments: (5) KD
• Installation Fees for Houses and Apartments: (30) KD
• One Year Subscription for Installation in Houses and Apartments: (30) KD
• Cash Insurance or Bank Guarantee for Installing Answer Machine in Houses and Apartments: (500) KD

Fixed fees for Kuwaiti Commercial Shops and Companies: (145) KD

• Fee Excluding Answering Machine: (145) KD
