Procedure

1. Visit the General Traffic Department in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents.
2. Fill the service application form.
3. Have the medical check-up.
4. Pay the fees due.

Eligibility

The applicant must submit a public vehicle license in the sponsor's name, if the applicant is not a Kuwaiti citizen.
