Procedure

1. To apply for a low cost government house, the applicant has to contact the Public Authority for Housing Welfare.
2. The applicant should make sure that they adhere to the eligibility criteria that has been listed under the Eligibility section of this page.

Required Documents

First: for Kuwaiti families need the following

• Card for husband and wife.
• The marriage contract.
• Recent salary certificate certificate of insurance or certificate of employment if not Affairs of the husband not to be exceeded three months.
• Certificate of real estate registration Department (Ministry of Justice) for the spouse provided that the form has been issued three months ago.
• A copy of an existing governmental request.
  
  

Security for non-Kuwaiti family (wife of Kuwaiti):

• Card for wife.
• Identity of spouse or security card
• Marriage + children's birth certificates + security badges.
• Recent salary certificate certificate of insurance or certificate in the case of affairs for the wife not to have been Issued three months
• Certificate of real estate registration Department (Ministry of Justice) on behalf of the Kuwaiti wives.
  
  

Divorced women from non-kuwaity man:

• Card for wife.
• A certificate of divorce.
• Certificate of custody of children. (Nursery)
• Children's birth certificate or card.
• Recent salary certificate certificate of insurance or certificate in the case of affairs for the wife not to have been Issued three months ago.
• Certificate of real estate registration Department (Ministry of Justice) wife not have n had issued three months ago.
  
  

Widow of others:

• Card for wife.
• Inventory of inheritance.
• Children's birth certificate or card.
• A certificate of registration to the heirs.
• Recent salary certificate certificate of insurance or certificate in the case of affairs for the wife not to be alisadorha three months.

Eligibility

• Kuwaiti families developed applications for residential care and have not received priority in allocation of housing alternatives.
• Families of divorced and widowed Kuwaitis, should review the management in Enterprise.
• Kuwaiti families wives or divorced or widowed Kuwaiti.
• Military families of Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti defense and Interior Ministry employees, review their Ministry.
  
  

Other Eligibilities

• No larger than the head of householder income from any source about 1200 KWD.
• Only one spouse is the owner of a property provides family housing, or the price for his property in an amount that can provide such care and applies in both cases, controls and standards established in the residential care system.
• Must not have been previously to get residential care beds by State or have rented one of the houses was evacuated and recovered due to violation of regulations and rules established.
• The head of the householder or his wife obtained a housing or a housing allowance in cash from any.
