Procedure

1. To apply for a learner's driver's license you will need to complete an application form which is available at your local driver licensing office.
2. Submit the completed form together with these following documents:
   1. Blood type certificate
   2. Civil ID and a copy
   3. Copy of passport
   4. Two (2) personal photos (4 × 6 cm) with blue background
3. Have a medical check -up.
4. Pay all applicable fees.
